These terms cover using our websites. If your company is a Bayon client, your signed service agreement governs our services and takes priority over anything here.
Accepting these terms
By using bayonit.com or audit.bayonit.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm you can accept them for that company. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. The Site is operated by Bayon IT, LLC ("Bayon," "we," "us").
Website only; client agreements control
Our managed IT, security, and automation services are provided only under a signed master services agreement or statement of work. Nothing on the Site is an offer, quote, or contract, and if these terms ever conflict with a signed client agreement, the client agreement wins.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Use the Site for anything unlawful, or to harass or deceive anyone
- Try to access systems or data you aren't authorized to access, or run security tests against the Site without our written permission
- Upload malware or try to disrupt, overload, or damage the Site
- Scrape or copy the Site in bulk by automated means, other than normal search engine and AI assistant indexing
- Submit false information, or use our audit tool to generate reports about companies you don't represent
General information, not professional advice
Articles, guides, security information, and other content on the Site are general information. They are not legal, compliance, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation. Talk with us or another qualified professional before acting on them.
AI-generated audit reports
Reports from our Free AI Automation Audit are generated automatically by an AI model based on your answers. They may be incomplete or inaccurate, and any time or cost savings they mention are estimates, not guarantees. Please review them with that in mind before relying on them.
What you submit
You're responsible for what you submit through the Site and confirm you have the right to share it. Please don't submit confidential information belonging to others, patient information, or financial-account details. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send us.
Our content and trademarks
The Site's text, graphics, logos, and design belong to Bayon IT, LLC or its licensors. You're welcome to view and share the Site for personal or internal business purposes, but please don't copy or republish it without permission. Other companies' names and logos belong to their owners, and showing them doesn't mean those companies endorse us.
Third-party services and links
The Site links to and embeds services from other companies, such as scheduling and analytics tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we don't promise the Site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bayon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This section doesn't limit our obligations under a signed client agreement.
Indemnity
If your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms causes a claim against Bayon, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs that result.
Governing law and where disputes are handled
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in the Site, please let us know. We appreciate good-faith reports; please don't test the Site without our permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and changes apply from that date forward.
The fine print
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about using the Site, and you may not transfer them without our consent.
