Jon started Bayon in Minneapolis in 2012 out of a simple love of working with technology and solving problems for clients, and a frustration that most IT companies treated small and mid-sized businesses like a ticket queue instead of a relationship. We built something different: a team that actually knows your business, answers the phone, and shows up.

We're part of the Apple Partner Network and manage hundreds of Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices across the Twin Cities, deep Apple expertise most IT providers don't bother building. That's exactly what makes us a strong fit for hybrid Windows and Mac organizations: your Mac side gets treated as a specialty instead of an afterthought, and we support Windows environments just as seriously. Our email security stops the scams that cost businesses the most. We've also built out a fully deployed Managed Automation practice to help clients automate the busywork that used to eat their week.

That's still how we operate today: two offices, in Minneapolis and Northwest Arkansas, direct access to the people who actually manage your systems, and IT that feels like a relationship, not a rotating help desk queue.
