Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or other assistive technology. If something gets in your way, tell us or call 612-424-4195 and we'll fix it or get you what you need another way.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, on bayonit.com and audit.bayonit.com. These are the widely used standards for making websites usable by people with disabilities.
What we've done
- Text and buttons use colors with enough contrast to read comfortably
- Every page has a clear heading structure and a "Skip to content" link for keyboard users
- Menus, buttons, and forms work with a keyboard alone, and menus close with the Escape key
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Animations are reduced or turned off when your device asks for reduced motion
- Pages adapt to phones, tablets, and zoomed-in text without losing content
Known limitations
Some features come from other companies, such as our scheduling calendar (Calendly) and our spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile). We choose providers who work on accessibility, but we can't fully control their parts of the page. If you have trouble booking a call, just phone us and we'll schedule it for you.
How we keep it accessible
We check new pages and changes with automated accessibility tools and manual keyboard testing before they go live, and we review the whole site periodically.
