The Apple ecosystem,
actually managed.

Most IT companies tolerate your Macs. Your team notices the difference immediately. With Bayon's Mac managed IT services, deployments that take other MSPs days take us hours. Support that actually knows macOS instead of Googling it.

Certifications that back up the claim

We don't just say we're Apple specialists. Apple says it too. These are real certifications, verified directly by Apple.

Everything in your Apple environment

From procurement to retirement, we handle the full lifecycle of every Apple device in your business.

New Employee Onboarding

White-glove onboarding, start to finish. We order the equipment, set it up, get it into your new hire's hands, and schedule a day-one meeting with them so they're working from the first hour.

  • Equipment ordering
  • White-glove setup
  • Day-one meeting

Apple Business

Centralized control for apps, accounts, and device enrollment across your org. Configure it right the first time and automate everything after.

Real device management for Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. Policies, profiles, and enforcement that actually work.

  • Addigy
  • Jamf
  • Mosyle

App Management

Push, update, and remove apps across your entire fleet without touching each device, and keep every Mac current on macOS updates. Managed Distribution keeps licenses organized and accounted for.

  • Managed Distribution
  • macOS updates

Security & Compliance

Hardening aligned to CIS, NIST, and HIPAA requirements, FileVault encryption, and detailed audit reporting, backed by security software purpose-built for Apple, not Windows tools ported over.

  • CIS
  • NIST
  • HIPAA
  • FileVault
  • Audit reports

Backup & Recovery

Automated backups running quietly in the background for every Mac in your fleet, tested and verified, not just a checkbox. If a device fails or a file gets lost, you're back up and running the same day.

  • Verified backups
  • Same-day recovery

Why Apple-specific matters

Mac admins, not dabblers
General MSPs apply Windows security thinking to Mac problems. The threat model is different and the tools need to match.
Not all MDMs are equal
Addigy vs a basic MDM is the difference between granular device control and checkbox management. Platform choice matters.
Apple Business, actually finished
Most MSPs turn it on and stop. We configure zero-touch enrollment, volume purchasing, and device assignment end-to-end.
A direct line to Apple
As an Apple Premium Technical Partner, we go straight to Apple for AppleCare and hardware issues.

Mac IT support, answered

Still have a question? Talk to a Mac admin. Just an authentic conversation, no pitch.

Ask us directly
What makes Mac IT support different from general IT support?
General IT companies are built around Windows and tolerate Apple devices. We manage Macs with tools made for them (Addigy, Mosyle, and Apple Business), and as an Apple Premium Technical Partner, we escalate hardware and AppleCare issues directly with Apple.
Do I need to be in Minneapolis or Northwest Arkansas to work with you?
No. Our offices are in Minneapolis and Northwest Arkansas, and we support businesses in other states across the US. Mac management and support happen remotely, and new Macs can ship straight to your team already set up, so your location rarely matters. Clients near our offices also get on-site help when it's needed.
Do you support Windows devices too, or only Mac?
Yes. Most of our clients run a mix of Mac and Windows, and we support both without treating either as second-class. If your environment is mostly Windows with some Macs mixed in, see our Windows & Mac IT support page for how we handle mixed environments specifically.
What device management platform do you use for Mac?
Whichever one fits your business. Our team is certified in Addigy, Jamf, and Mosyle, and we support clients on a range of other MDM platforms too. Paired with Apple Business for enrollment, that gives us granular policy control that basic setups don't offer, and it powers our white-glove onboarding: we order each new hire's equipment, set it up, get it into their hands, and meet with them on day one.
Can you set up Apple Business Manager for us?
Yes. We set up Apple Business Manager and connect it to your device management, so new Macs, iPhones, and iPads configure themselves the moment they're turned on, and company-owned devices stay under your control even if one is lost or an employee leaves.
Are Macs secure enough on their own?
Macs are well built, but most attacks today target people, not operating systems. A convincing fake invoice works just as well on a Mac. That's why we pair Mac management with email security for Mac and PC offices, plus security software, encryption, and automatic updates on every device.
Are you actually certified by Apple, or is that just marketing?
It's real. Bayon has been part of the Apple Partner Network since 2014, ranks in the top 10% of Apple Partners, and is an Apple Premium Technical Partner on top of that. You can see the certification badges above, or the full list on our partners & certifications page.
What happens when I book a free discovery call?
It's a quick conversation to understand what's going on and what you actually need. If it looks like a good fit, we schedule a deeper consultation call to audit your current setup, then walk you through exactly what we'd recommend and why. No pressure, just an authentic conversation.
Where is Bayon located?
We're based in Minneapolis, MN, with a second office in Northwest Arkansas. Both locations run the same Mac-first support standard. Find addresses and ways to reach us on our contact page.
